Andrew (“Andy”) G. Mills has served as one of Verisk's directors since 2002, bringing decades of leadership experience in growing revenue through new product development and acquisitions and integration of acquired businesses. Mr. Mills is executive chairman and co-CEO of Archegos Capital Management and co-chair of the Grace & Mercy Foundation in New York.
Mr. Mills has been interim president of The King’s College twice and chairman of its Board of Trustees. He’s the former chairman of Intego Solutions LLC, a buyout advisory firm he founded.
Before founding Intego, Mr. Mills served as chief executive officer of The Thomson Corporation’s Financial and Professional Publishing unit and a member of Thomson’s Board of Directors. He led the start-up operations of Business Research Corporation and was responsible for overseeing its sale and integration into The Thomson Corporation. His career began with Courtaulds Ltd. and The Boston Consulting Group.
His international experience includes leading Thomson Financial to become a global firm co-founding the Mango Fund in Uganda in 2010 and serving on its investment committee and serving on the Board of Directors for Grab, a Singapore company.
Mr. Mills holds an MBA from Harvard and a MA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
He’s on the Board of Directors of Camp of the Woods and is co-chairman of the Theology of Work Project and the Grace & Mercy Foundation. He’s also a member of the Massachusetts and Greater New York State Advisory Board of the Salvation Army.
