Pradip K. Patiath brings more than 30 years of leadership and advisory experience across the financial services and technology sectors, with deep expertise in strategy, digital and AI-enabled transformation, innovation, and large-scale organizational change.
Mr. Patiath has served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company since June 2011 and has been a senior global leader in the firm’s Financial Services and Technology practices since 1996. Over the course of his career at McKinsey, he has advised leading institutions in the insurance, banking, wealth and asset management, private equity, payments, and fintech sectors on enterprise strategy, organic growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, digital and AI transformations, and performance turnarounds. His work has spanned North America and international markets, including the United Kingdom, Europe, South America, and Asia.
In addition to his advisory experience, Mr. Patiath has held senior operating roles, including serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of CCC Information Services, where he helped build an enterprise software and information platform company in the digital insurance sector.
Mr. Patiath holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; a master's degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota; and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Mr. Patiath is actively engaged in nonprofit and academic leadership. He has served as Chair of the Board of the Adler Planetarium of Chicago and currently serves on the Smithsonian Museum National Board, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management Global Advisory Board, the Chicago Humanities Board, and the Frost Museum of Science Board.
