New Auto Collusion Rule Updates!

We’re excited to introduce enhancements to our Claim Scoring auto collusion Rules set!

With this update, the descriptions for these Rules will be updated to specify party names, VINs, as well as the prior claim numbers where the flagged behavior occurred.

These auto collusion Rules flag the following behaviors:

Parties of different vehicles, appearing together on a prior loss
Claimants/insureds appearing in one another’s vehicles in a prior loss
Parties of the same vehicle appearing together on a prior loss

This enhancement provides greater explainability and accuracy, ensuring that users immediately know at a glance which parties and claim numbers to focus on.
