New Email Address Rules!

We're excited to share an enhancement of our Claim Scoring Rules set!

These email address Rules are designed to flag identity inconsistencies as it relates to email addresses - potentially indicating suspicious behavior that may warrant additional review. These Rules specify party names, email addresses, as well as the prior claim numbers where the behavior occurred:

Flags any identity attribute that was matched across multiple involved parties within the last X days
Flags when email is tied X or more parties
Flags when a party is tied to X different email addresses
Flags additional losses where email is the only matching reason

These Rules will help flag any suspicious behaviors related to email addresses across losses in ClaimSearch that aim to proactively assist users in identifying identity inconsistencies. Users may locate these new Rules under the “Identity Rules” category.
