We're excited to share an expansion of our filtering capabilities! These new filter updates are the following:
- Going forward, by default, they both will operate on an “OR” logic. This means if a combination of Rules is selected, the Claims Page will return instances where at least one of those Rules are present within the latest version of the claim.
- There is an additional checkbox directly below the filters that enables users to apply an “AND” logic. This means if a combination of Rules is selected, and this checkbox is also applied, the Claims Page will return instances where all Rules in that combination are present within the latest version of the claim.
These updates ensure users have the maximum level of configurability within the Claims Page, allowing the option to toggle between different filtering logic.
