New Liveboard Provides Insight into Data Contribution
Providing complete and accurate data to ClaimSearch is one of the most effective ways to maximize the value of your participation and ensure the strong results. To support this, we’re pleased to introduce a new liveboard that offers self-service insights into your organization’s data contribution trends.
The Data Contribution Liveboard, available on the Insights tile, replaces the former Executive Analysis Report. Users with access to the Executive Analysis Report will automatically have access.
Built with enhanced liveboard functionality, it tracks 78 of the most impactful optional fields — including those critical for search and match performance, claim scoring rules and alerts, and compliance reporting requirements. With robust filtering capabilities, you can quickly identify opportunities for improvement and take action to drive better outcomes.
