CMS to Hold an MSP Introductory Webinar on March 27th

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced that it is holding an Introduction to MSP for Beneficiary Representatives webinar on March 27, 2025, at 1 p.m. (ET).

CMS states the following regarding the intent and scope of this upcoming webinar:

The intent of this webinar is to support the attorney and beneficiary representative communities and review the basics of MSP, Group Health vs. Non-Group Health Coordination of Benefits, and MSP recovery. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session. In advance of the webinar, participants are encouraged to email the dedicated resource mailbox at PL110-173SEC111-comments@cms.hhs.gov with: Questions or topics related to MSP 101. Requests for an accessible format of the presentation. Please include “Intro to MSP Webinar” in the subject line of the email so CMS can ensure proper triaging.
