New Insights Filters for Claim Scoring Liveboards

We’re excited to share a new enhancement to the Claim Scoring liveboards that will help you navigate and analyze your data more efficiently.

You can now filter scored claims using two additional options:

Loss Description
Email Address

These new filters provide greater visibility into scored claims associated with shared email addresses and make it easier to locate claims tied to specific types of losses based on their descriptions.
