New Verisk LOCATION services offered via electronic delivery

You can now access several new LOCATION^® services through an electronic delivery platform that supports online access, network-to-network interactive capability, and batch processing through a single interface.

The LOCATION Hail Risk Score™, powered by the Benchmark™ database, provides a short- to medium-term view of property-level hail risk across the nation. The risk score uses predictive analytics based on the highest-quality hail-related weather data to provide a meteorological view of future hail risk. Having this risk information available at the property level can help underwriters develop granular plans commensurate with the actual risk, resulting in geographically based underwriting rules and rates for areas projected to have higher-than-average hail activity.

The LOCATION Premium Tax Service, which helps you quickly and accurately determine the correct premium tax for your insureds, has expanded to Minnesota. Minnesota is the eighth state in which the service is now available.

The LOCATION Hawaii Lava and Tsunami services—available network-to-network only—help you determine if a property is located in a lava-flow hazard zone or in a Tsunami Evacuation Zone.
