We’ve redesigned Visual ClaimSearch/Matching Report to provide a modern, efficient experience that simplifies workflows and improves data visibility. Instead of navigating multiple tabs, users now access all claim components from a single-page layout with expandable and collapsible sections for intuitive navigation. The alert feed has been restructured with a parent-child hierarchy and supports deep-link API integrations, enabling seamless connectivity with both first-party systems and third-party vendor platforms. This optimized design reduces unnecessary clicks, accelerates insight delivery, and creates a scalable foundation for future enhancements—all without disrupting user flow.
