The Claims Inquiry Match Report has been redesigned with a fresh new look, making it easier to find the information you’re looking for, while also making it more accessible to users and paving the way for new features in the future. Although the design and layout of the report have been updated, the data and underlying features remain the same.
Enhancements include:
- Improved Layout & Sections - Claim level data has been grouped into sections within two columns to reduce scrolling and make it easier for you to find the data you are looking for.
- Enhanced Navigation – The navigation bar has been enhanced to maximize the number of navigation tabs on the screen that stick to the top of the page when you scroll down, making it easier for you to navigate the report quickly while optimizing screen space.
- Alerts and their definitions are now displayed more clearly in the header and footer sections of the report, making it easier for you to identify and interpret important information quickly.
- Actionable Integrations – You can find additional information on Involved Parties, VINs, and Location of Loss addresses by selecting the following hyperlinks under their streamlined dropdown menus: Research Hub, VINassist™ and search hyperlinks.
- Accessibility - Text and content sizes have been increased to improve accessibility for those with vision and other impairments.
