We’ve launched a new help menu in ClaimSearch that provides users with training when and where they need it. Clicking on the “?” in the top right corner of ClaimSearch grants users access to training courses, job-aids, and registration links to upcoming training sessions, all curated and designed to enhance their ClaimSearch experience.
The open menu is split into three tabs:
- Lessons: Here users can find useful training courses and job-aids.
- Guide Me: Here users can trigger interactive walkthroughs that help them complete the most common processes.
- News & Events: Here users can view our training calendar and register for basic and advanced training sessions. They will also be able to review any messages that they may have dismissed when they logged into ClaimSearch.
From this menu, users can access all learning assets from the ClaimSearch homepage, but the content will filter to match the specific page they are on – allowing for in the moment learning.
Users should refer to this menu regularly, as new content is being added on a regular basis.
