ISO's State Services give you state-specific information to supplement our multistate programs, available through Line Service. If you participate for rules and/or forms in a particular state, you may also authorize ISO to act on your behalf with insurance regulators in that state.

ISO offers three or four categories of State Services, depending on the line of insurance you choose:

  • The State Service program (including loss costs, rules, and forms)
  • Rating information (including loss costs and rules)
  • Forms
  • Rules and forms (homeowners and personal auto only)

When you participate for State Services, you may order the information in a variety of automated formats to meet your systems needs, as well as in traditional paper formats. Within a line of business, your company or group must choose the same categories of service for all states where you participate.
