Jeffrey C. Taylor is president of 3D Visual Intelligence, a Verisk business specializing in property analytics and geospatial data-driven technologies. He oversees remote sensing-based solutions throughout Verisk, helping customers make more informed property-related decisions and evaluate catastrophe damage and its effects on communities and people.
Since joining Verisk business Xactware in 1992, Jeff has led several start-up initiatives for geospatial, contents, property repair and maintenance (PRM), and insurance-to-value solutions. He’s been a key innovative leader as vice president for geospatial solutions and Xactimate® and has consistently focused on combining emerging technology with strong talent to enhance the lives of customers, partners, and employees.
Since being awarded the first patent for Sketch technology in March 2000, Jeff and his teams have been issued a total of 13 patents, with many more in the innovation pipeline. His team received a prestigious innovation award from USAA and two Telly Awards for excellence in multimedia marketing. He has actively participated in several industry standards-defining organizations throughout his career, including ANSI X12, OASIS, and UN EDIFACT, among others.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in e-business from Utah Valley University.
Jeff serves on the board of Vexcel Imaging and is active in several charitable organizations, including the Primary Children’s Hospital in Utah.
