Get started with Xactimate by contacting sales. Before installing, be sure to review the system requirements.
Mobile
Xactimate mobile is available for Apple or Android.
Visit the Apple Store or Google Play.
Online
Access Xactimate online at Xactimate.com.
How to log in
How to log in
Log in to Xactimate with your online ID, which was created when you started a new subscription or demo trial.
Need to create an account, change your password, or reset your ID? Visit Account Settings.

- The eService Centre provides free assistance from a searchable database of thousands of documents, videos, product tips, and more.

Training is one of the best ways to improve your speed and success with Xactimate. Explore our many training options designed to help you develop proficiency with the software.
- Classroom Training – Attend a three-day training or two-day Xactimate mastery training class at locations throughout the the United Kingdom.
- Virtual Training - Experience virtual, individualised instruction in real-time over five days on Xactimate Administration, Basic and Intermediate Sketch, Estimate Items/Summary, and more.
- Train at Your Office – Xactimate certified training professionals come to your facility at your convenience and train your people over two to three days, tailoring our course to fit your specific needs.

- Login to g1.xactimate.com
- From within the Xactimate Tab, click “Tools"
- Click “Register”
- Click “I don’t have an XactNet address and need a new one,” then click OK
- Accept the end user licence agreement
- Complete the required information and click “continue”
- A screen will appear indicating successful registration
- Login to Xactimate desktop
- Create a new estimate or open one
- Click the "Sketch" or "Estimate Items" tab. You will see a prompt to select a price list
- Click "Request Price List" link in the lower left corner
- From the "Request Price List" options, select your area and city, or search by zz postal code
- Click “Download”
- The Xactimate Cloud lets you to access projects across multiple devices using Xactimate desktop, mobile, and online platforms. This guide will walk you through the basics of using the Xactimate Cloud.
