- Diesel prices increased by 12.5% on average since last quarter.
- The price of bricks and blocks increased by 11.67% on average and the price of mortar increased by 8.72% on average this quarter.
- The price of standard and performance plasterboards increased by 7% on average across the UK since last quarter.
- Labour research indicated wages for Plasterers increased by 9.73% on average; Scaffolder’s wage decreased by 3.13% on average across the UK.
- The largest wage movement was observed in Wales, North East and South West of England where wages increased by 3% on average since last quarter.
