LONDON,United Kingdom — 06 April 2022
- Labour research indicated wages for Carpet Fitters increased by 4.82% on average, while Scaffolders, Carpenters & Roofers increased by 2.7% on average; Plumbers wage decreased by 1.47% on average across the UK.
- The largest increase was observed in the South East of England where wages increased by 4% on average whereas wages in the South West region of England remained unchanged throughout the quarter.
- Diesel prices increased by 22.21% on average since last quarter.
- Masonry prices increased by 8.38% on average followed by Second Fix Joiners by 4.94% on average.

Conditions Downloading a price list in Xactimate
If you are a registered Xactimate user, you can download price lists in four steps:
- In Xactimate, select Price List tab in the main dashboard,
- Select Request Price List(s) on the menu bar.
- From the “Request Price List” window, enter the country, region, and area for the price list you would like to download.
- After making your selections, select Download.
A window will appear advising you the price lists have been downloaded and are now available for use in Xactimate.
