Last week Verisk Casualty Solutions proudly attended the 79th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference and 36th Safety & Health Conference in Orlando, Florida.
Once again, Verisk had another strong presence at WCI – with many clients and other industry professionals stopping by our wonderful exhibit booth to say “hello” and learn more about our new service offerings. On that latter note, many attendees took advantage of the opportunity to see live demos of our new Medicare and MSA compliance services, and our new data analytic services. There was HUGE interest in our new MSA Link and Data-Driven MSA services, which are designed to help meet the new TPOC/WCMSA reporting challenges, as well as our popular Discovery Navigator tool that enables you to harness AI for smarter, faster record review!
In addition, several of our executive leaders attended this super event – including Carrie Barr (President, Verisk Casualty Solutions), Rob Lewis, J.D. (SVP, Innovation & Business Development), Mark Popolizio, (VP MSP Compliance), and Sid Wong, J.D. (VP Policy). Verisk Sales Team leaders also attended this event!
Mark Popolizio, J.D. led a well-attended session on CMS’s new WCMSA updates and their impact on workers’ compensation claims and settlements. Verisk thought leaders spoke at three education Learning Stage sessions: Sid Wong, J.D., VP of Policy, and Daniel Lindner, National Sales Executive, introduced our new WCMSA services; Kate Riordan, J.D. Director, Automation Initiatives, provided an interesting overview of AI solution Discovery Navigator; and Nicholas Guarda, Associate Director, Workers’ Compensation Solutions, highlighted how our suite of EDI workers’ comp services can help insurers enhance their compliance practices. If you missed them at WCI, you can read our insights and discussion on major Medicare updates through our WCI article on WCMSA policy updates, and watch Verisk’s WCI interview with Mark Popolizio and Sid Wong.
Next, we are off to Nashville to attend this year’s National Comp Conference at Music City Center, November 11-12, in Nashville, TN. Come visit us at Booth 1101! Don’t miss this opportunity to meet with the industry’s preeminent claims’ compliance team.
