PCS launches new enhancements to its mobile app

PCS-Mobile has been updated to give users even more vital information on the go.  The new enhancements allow users to both view and upload photos and videos right from the field during or after catastrophes.

The addition of visual information lets claims managers quickly and efficiently determine how to scale operations and also assists them in making decisions about resource deployment.

At the touch of a button, PCS-Mobile provides essential data that can be conveniently accessed on the road, in the field, or at the office.  The information includes real-time:

  • daily severe weather summaries
  • catastrophe bulletins
  • storm and event tracking reports

Push notifications will alert users of newly designated catastrophes and newly published catastrophe bulletins.

PCS thoroughly investigates and collects data on disasters in the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.  PCS is committed to providing the easiest and most convenient ways to access mission critical data.
