JERSEY CITY, N.J., January 7, 2026 — Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK), a leading strategic data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry, today announced that Tim Rayner is taking on expanded responsibilities to include leadership of Verisk’s underwriting and claims businesses in the United Kingdom and Ireland as well as its global Life, Health and Travel business. In addition, Rayner will continue to oversee the Specialty Business Solutions division.

Rayner has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Verisk in 2018 as business development director and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as CEO of Specialty Business Solutions for Verisk.
The alignment of these business units under Rayner’s leadership is designed to strengthen Verisk’s relationships with clients and partners by anticipating their needs and accelerating innovation to meet them.
