Verisk Analytics Inc. Appoints Eva Huston Treasurer and Vice President Corporate Finance

JERSEY CITY, N.J., April 21, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Verisk Analytics (Nasdaq:VRSK), a leading source of information about risk, announced today that Eva Huston has been appointed Treasurer and Vice President – Corporate Finance, in addition to her existing role of Head of Investor Relations. Ms. Huston joined Verisk in 2009 as Head of Investor Relations as part of the company’s transition to a publicly traded corporation.

Since joining the company, Ms. Huston has managed the development and execution of the company’s investor relations initiatives, including relationships with both buy-side institutional investors and sell-side research analysts, while taking on increasing responsibilities related to management of the company’s corporate finance functions. In this newly created role, Ms. Huston will be responsible for capital structure; relationships with banks, bondholders, and rating agencies; and other strategic finance initiatives. She will continue to lead Verisk’s investor relations efforts.

Prior to joining Verisk Analytics, Ms. Huston was a managing director of telecom, media, and technology investment banking at J.P. Morgan. She received her bachelor of science degree in foreign service from Georgetown University.
