Claims management network provides full transparency over assignment claims life cycle
LONDON, 31 July, 2012 — RSA Insurance Ireland Limited, the largest property insurer in Ireland, has adopted Xactware's claims management and assignment network, XactAnalysis®, to enhance transparency throughout its home insurance supply chain.
With XactAnalysis, RSA Ireland can easily track and view claims assignments from staff and third-party loss adjusters. The system also provides RSA Insurance Ireland Limited with full visibility over the life of claims, which grants the company greater control over cycle times and indemnity spend. XactAnalysis was created by Xactware, an international leader in estimating and management technology for the property insurance, restoration, and refurbishment industries.
“The XactAnalysis tool clearly provides the level of transparency we required,” said Matt Knight, supply chain specialist at RSA Insurance Ireland Limited. “The Xactware team have demonstrated their earnestness to develop new innovative solutions that will help RSA Insurance Ireland Limited deliver an even higher standard of service to our policyholders.”
“We are pleased to add an insurer of RSA Ireland’s caliber to the growing list of Xactware clients,” said Vernon Davenport, Xactware's director of European operations. “The fusion of Xactware technology and RSA Ireland's highly skilled staff will do much to contribute to the company's culture of excellence.”
