Property Claims Management Expert Xactware to Launch in U.K. and Ireland

Orem, Utah, February 17, 2009 — Xactware Solutions, Inc., an international market leader in property claims management solutions, has rolled out its suite of products and services to the European market beginning with the U.K. in February. Insurers, loss adjusters, building contractors, and specialized service providers use Xactware’s products to estimate and manage property claims.

“Real-time information on all aspects of a claim is always available, providing management with significantly more information and control,” said James Grant, Xactware’s U.K. sales manager. “That helps provide more accurate claims handling and better customer service.”

The U.K. release is the culmination of years of work researching the unique needs of the U.K. and developing software solutions and services that meet those needs, according to Grant. Xactware opened an office in the U.K. more than a year ago to begin laying the groundwork for the February release.

The services provided by Xactware include an estimating package; a national price guide to all aspects of building repairs, including labor and materials; an Internet-based assignment network with alerts and notifications; a customizable library of real-time analytical reports; and a 24/7 support center.

Xactware provides products and services for 18 of the top 25 North American insurance carriers. Many of those carriers are based in Europe or have operations in the United States. Xactware has been facing growing demand for an expansion of its services across the globe. Research in the U.K. indicated Xactware’s products and services could provide significant value to the property insurance market.
