ACI Enhances Compliance Capabilities for Metro-West Appraisers

PALM COAST, Fla., August 27, 2013 — ACI announced today that Metro-West is taking advantage of ACI’s eService technology to automate and improve the appraisal delivery process for the national real estate appraisal company. The technology is a built-in function within ACI Report™, ACI’s desktop appraisal software.

The Metro-West eService combines ACI’s PAR^® Logic rules in conjunction with a Metro-West checklist to alert the appraiser of any issues with the appraisal report before delivering for review. The new eService integrates directly with Metro-West’s platform to validate that the report data matches the order data. ACI’s PAR Logic rules are then applied to the file to ensure compliance. If there are no errors, the report is then successfully delivered to Metro-West for final review before delivery to the lender client.

PAR Logic is an enterprise-wide, rules-based platform designed to streamline the appraisal review process while providing a complete appraisal company workflow system. PAR Logic incorporates four levels of analysis with more than 1,200 rules for UAD (Uniform Appraisal Dataset), GSE (Government Sponsored Enterprise), and appraisal compliance designed for fraud prevention and collateral risk evaluation.
