360Value Incorporates NADA Appraisal Guides Cost Data

Integration enhances replacement-cost estimates for manufactured/mobile homes

OREM, Utah, April 28, 2010 — 360Value® is now the first and only replacement-cost estimation system to incorporate building cost information from NADA Appraisal Guides, Inc. The addition of the NADA manufactured housing data is one of several enhancements to the 360Value manufactured/mobile home component.

Developed by Xactware, 360Value is a web-based replacement-cost estimator for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

360Value manufactured/mobile replacement-cost estimates will now incorporate building cost data from NADA Appraisal Guides, Inc. and Xactware. The NADA Manufactured Housing Cost Guide data provides cost information for more than 6,000 manufactured/mobile homes built between 1972 and 2011, making it the leading publisher of manufactured and mobile home valuation data.

Additional enhancements to 360Value’s manufactured and mobile home component include new data entry fields to let users describe buildings in more detail; enhanced user support, such as updated context-sensitive help and online tutorials; and more options to enter additions, basements, and attached or detached structures.
