Access Authorization Form
ISO ClaimSearch assigns user IDs and passwords to specific individuals. Each authorized user must assure the confidentiality of his or her ID. Each user must also assure that no other person uses his or her ID.
If your company is an ISO ClaimSearch participant, you can use the Access Authorization Form:
- to request user IDs and passwords for new authorized users
- to reactivate existing user IDs
- to authorize existing users for new services
