The West Virginia Offices of the Insurance Commissioner recently requested that all insurers begin submitting a monthly book of business to supplement the department’s Online Verification (OLV) program. The state isn’t requiring the book of business at this time, but it’s highly recommending submissions.
CV-ALIR® has already taken the necessary steps with the state to set up and send the book of business on the 7th of each month, beginning in August 2013. No action will be required by CV-ALIR customers already signed up for West Virginia reporting.
