Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a person who is the subject of a consumer report may obtain a copy if the report has been a factor in an adverse action against the consumer in connection with employment or insurance, such as denial of employment or insurance cancellation.
A consumer who wants to dispute the accuracy or completeness of information returned in the report must contact iiX within sixty (60) days of being notified of the adverse action.
A consumer who wants to dispute information returned on a Criminal History Report must contact iiX within sixty (60) days of being notified of the adverse action.
