Now we’re taking the next step on the path towards a dynamic future. In early 2022, our leading brands will be unified under the Verisk brand name. For our claim insurance customers, you’ll begin to see our use of the ISO (including ISO Claims Partners and ISO Claims Solutions) and Xactware brands discontinued as we move to our all-inclusive identity, Verisk.   

While the products on which you rely will retain their names and our colleagues with whom you work will stay the same, moving ahead we’ll emphasize our capabilities, which include:

  • The industry’s trusted source of claims data with solutions that support every line of business and activity, including robust fraud detection, throughout the life of a claim.
  • Leading property claim management and estimation solutions.
  • The top solutions for casualty claims – including liability claim valuation, litigation analytics, and Medicare compliance services – supported by industry experts.

As customers demand faster, better service across the spectrum, we will continue to deliver a powerhouse of information— much of it proprietary – but do so in quicker, more flexible ways. Verisk’s technology innovations, built for insurance needs, promise an expansion of claims system integrations, frictionless plug-and-play solutions through APIs, the addition of new information sources to our 19 petabytes of insurance data, and the expansion of our ecosystem of AI-driven analytic services.  In addition to greater third-party integrations, you’ll also see more integrations among Verisk products – to make accessing the solutions you need easier than ever before.

By more tightly aligning our insurance capabilities under the Verisk umbrella, we seek to support insurers, self-insureds, TPAs, restoration contractors and other customers in the insurance claims ecosystem with easier access to the data-driven analytics that help businesses grow and thrive in this time of accelerated change.
