The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will be holding a webinar on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 1:00 PM ET to provide information and details related to the transition of the Commercial Repayment Center (CRC) contract to Performant Financial Corporation (Performant) effective February 8, 2018. CMS uses the CRC to process conditional payment recoveries for non-group health (NGHP) claims where the claims payer is the debtor. Performant will be taking over from the current contractor, CGI Federal.

Per CMS’ notice, the agency is expected to address the transition to Performant, will provide details around changes to occur and will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
