Message from the president of ISO Claims Partners

As we head into 2015, I wanted to take a moment to thank all our valued customers for their continued confidence and support of us. Every day, we are honored and grateful to have the opportunity to work with you.

Our vision and mission

A new year is always a great time to reflect. In my opinion, the best way to do that as a company is by taking a hard look at our vision and mission statements. These are the driving force of our organization, and it is critical we always remain in alignment with these forces. They are:

Mission: Our mission is to simplify claims handling & improve claims outcomes through data, analytics and advocacy.

Vision: Our vision is to be a true partner with our clients; to understand their needs, to anticipate their future challenges, and to provide them with unique and innovative solutions.

As president of this organization, I am excited about 2015 and how we are positioned to deliver on both of these fronts. A few examples:

Our CP link™ product launched in 2014 has completely automated conditional payment claims.
Our enhanced MSP Navigator™ product makes Section 111 reporting simple and seamlessly integrates with any claim system.
Our wcNavigator^® product launched in 2014 brings predictive modeling to the workers’ compensation space based on data unmatched anywhere in the industry.
On January 1, 2015 we completed the transition of Claims Outcome Advisor (COA) to our Liability Navigator™ providing a data and analytic solution to the liability space.

These technology solutions are not only designed to save time and money, but also simplify the claims handling process. By combining these solutions with our core services, we stand ready to exceed your expectations in the coming year.
