He ensures the alignment of leadership and talent development, human resources management, and global affairs.
Vince partners with Verisk’s corporate social responsibility team to guide the company’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance goals and lead the way for Verisk to make the world better, safer, and stronger.
Previously, Vince was the group president of Verisk 3E, Verisk Financial Services, and Verisk Maplecroft. Before that, he led global corporate development and strategy, identifying new business and investment opportunities to drive operational success and growth initiatives.
During Vince’s tenure, Verisk grew from approximately 4,000 to 9,000 team members, reinforcing Vince’s commitment to serve as a champion for a diverse and empowered workforce.
Before joining Verisk in 2009, Vince was a managing director of the Financial Technology Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He worked with clients worldwide in the media, technology, and financial services sectors, including payments and processing, financial technology, and data analytics. During his 15 years with the company, Vince held investment banking roles in Merrill Lynch’s New York and London offices.
Vince holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA from Yale University.
