Chief Human Relations Officer
Sunita Holzer is Verisk’s chief human relations officer (CHRO), leading all aspects of human resources strategy and operations for 9,000 team members in 34 countries. She builds and strengthens the Verisk culture focused on growth, performance, and values and champions a diverse, empowered workforce.
She brings three decades of enterprise-level HR leadership experience across several industries served by Verisk. Before joining the company, Sunita was CHRO at Realogy, handling HR strategy for nearly 12,000 employees.
She’s also served as CHRO for Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), with 80,000 employees across 60 countries; CHRO at Chubb Insurance; and chief diversity officer at American Express.
Sunita speaks and writes regularly about human resource management and leadership issues and is the author of Wednesday Wisdom, a weekly LinkedIn blog. In 2009, she was recognized as a Woman Who Makes a Difference by the National Organization for Research on Women.
She holds an MS in human resource management and labor relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a BS in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Passionate about organizational culture and coaching, Sunita is a Human Resources Management Department Advisory Board member at the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
