Olumide Soroye

Olumide Soroye brings more than 30 years of experience and expertise in executing software, data, analytics, and AI-advantaged strategies in connected digital workflows across multiple industries to the Verisk board.

Mr. Soroye is president and CEO of Intelligent Operating Solutions (IOS) at Fortive Corporation, overseeing a portfolio of brands that generate strong growth, margins, and cashflow profile.

Before joining Fortive, Mr. Soroye was managing director at CoreLogic, where he led the transformation of the company into a highly profitable growth engine through data-driven digital workflow innovation and strategic acquisitions. He previously served as SVP of technology at QuinStreet and spent more than a decade focused on growth, product, and sales strategy in the technology sector as a partner at McKinsey & Company.

While at CoreLogic, he won the 2018 HousingWire Vanguard Award for his innovations and achievements in the housing industry. He’s spoken on fraud and risk management at numerous industry conferences.

Mr. Soroye holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class as a Baker Scholar; a JD from Loyola Law School, where he graduated in the top 10 percent of his class as a member of the Order of the Coif; and a BSc in metallurgical and materials engineering with first-class honors from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria.

Over the past 25 years, he’s served as an advisor or executive to more than 50 corporations. An avid reader, he lives in Seattle with his wife and four children.
