To promote the well-being of employees and ensure a healthy lifestyle, Verisk provides an array of wellness programs, which, depending on location, include skin cancer and biometric screenings; flu shots; yoga and exercise activities; and stress management, weight management, and smoking cessation programs. Our smoke-free workplace extends to a large area outside of our buildings as well.

AIR Worldwide employees participated in a Fun Run in Philadelphia. Employees ran across the city and climbed the steps to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. What an accomplishment!
Verisk employees at our Jersey City, New Jersey, corporate headquarters “Walk the Walk” for our annual Jersey City Group Walk along the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway.
Verisk encourages a healthy lifestyle, and in 2016, we introduced the MotivateMe program to empower employees to take an active, ongoing role in achieving and maintaining better health. The program rewards employees with points for attaining certain milestones, such as annual checkups, preventive screenings, lower cholesterol, healthy body mass index, and more. Employees receive monetary rewards upon reaching specific point totals.
Verisk makes employee safety a priority by providing safety equipment to field representatives, such as protective headgear and eyewear, and defensive driver training for employees with company vehicles. Employees operating company vehicles must follow our stringent cell phone safety policy even if more restrictive than state or local laws. Various locations have mothers’ rooms, bicycle racks, and specially designed ergonomic office furniture.
