President, ISO Personal Lines
Doug Caccese is president of ISO Personal Lines. His primary responsibilities include growing and innovating the rating and underwriting products for Verisk customers in the personal insurance industry, giving them the data and insight they need to help optimize the development and pricing of the products their customers need most.
Before this role, Doug was vice president of operations, responsible for reorganizing several stand-alone units across various locations into a single shared operation, including account management, implementation, back office operations, and analytics.
Before joining Verisk, Doug spent 24 years in the insurance industry with Colonial Penn, Providian, Reliance, AIG, 21st Century, and Farmers.
He began his career as a direct call center manager handling an assigned risk program, then progressed through personal lines underwriting as a senior underwriter (using many Verisk products), becoming vice president of operations at 21st Century and then head of project management office at Farmers.
Doug has won the Distinguished Project Award from the Project Management Institute and is skilled in Lean Six Sigma.
Doug holds a BA in psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
He volunteers with New City Kids and has been a board member of Rutgers University since 2018.
