Aon NFS teams with Xactware to improve customer service and claims processing for NFIP insureds

OVERLAND PARK, KS — Wednesday, April 4, 2018 — Aon National Flood Services (Aon NFS) is enhancing the claims servicing process for customers, claims professionals and independent adjusters with the implementation of Xactware software today. This software is designed to reduce the claims processing time by providing an in-depth view of each claim from start to finish and creating transparency between independent adjusters (IA), clients and customers.

In addition to improving claims processing time, the Xactware software provides enhanced benefits for customers at each touch point.

  • Aon NFS claims professionals use ClaimXperience® to collaborate with customers using video, which allows them to begin compiling inventories and writing content estimates prior to an in-home inspection.
  • Independent adjusters utilize Xactware software Xactimate® to create estimates and provide enhanced reports to evaluate and settle claims.
  • Claims professionals will be able to view the progress of the estimate and collaborate on changes with the claims professional, creating a quicker and more streamlined process for the customer.

According to Aon NFS VP of Claims Maureen Westling, Xactware modernizes flood data collection by keeping all information in one database, and providing real-time reports to better service our clients. “The Xactware tools will decrease cycle time, provide insight into the claims process, and make it simpler to serve our clients and provide more support to our clients' customers.”
