Template Start --> <p>Kathlyn Card Beckles is Verisk’s Chief Legal Officer, leading the company’s global legal, corporate governance, compliance, risk, and internal audit functions. She partners with management and the Board of Directors to support Verisk’s strategy, maintain a strong control environment, and ensure transparent and effective public-company governance.</p> <p>Prior to joining Verisk, Kathy held a variety of senior leadership roles across highly regulated financial service businesses, intellectual property and technology including serving as General Counsel for Consumer Banking and for Credit Card at JPMorgan Chase. Her prior legal experience also includes private practice and service in the federal government. <br /> <br />In 2022, she was elected to the Board of Directors of Nasdaq’s U.S. exchange subsidiaries, reflecting her deep experience in complex regulated industries, technology and financial marketplaces.<br /><br />She holds a JD with honors from The George Washington University Law School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where she serves on the College of Engineering Advisory Council and is a co-founder of the TEHEKA engineering scholarship. </p> <!--
