Verisk Maplecroft Launches New Girl Stats Data Platform to Accelerate Business Investment in Girls’ Empowerment

First-of-its-kind platform collates development data on girls for CSR and sustainability professionals

London, June 30, 2016 — Verisk Maplecroft has launched Girl Stats (www.girl-stats.org), a new data-led platform hosting the world’s most comprehensive data sets on more than 50 global development issues affecting adolescent girls and young women. The platform is designed to help companies understand where to target corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that can improve the lives of young women globally.
