In addition, ISO’s Crime and Fidelity Insurance Program provides kidnap/ransom and extortion (KR&E) policy language, rules, forms, and advisory loss costs. The policy covers various perils, including:

  • KR&E – direct loss
  • KR&E – expense incurred
  • detention or hijack
  • in-transit delivery of property
