Commercial General Liability and Umbrella Rating Information

Rating rule related solely to losses from "certified acts of terrorism" (Filing Designations GL-2002-RPCRU (general liability rating rule) and CU-2002-RPCRU (commercial umbrella rating rule))
Under a provision of the federal law, these rules are exempt from prior approval and otherwise applicable state waiting periods and are effective immediately upon filling.
