This page summarizes the status of ISO's commercial auto rating-information filings in response to the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002.

Rating rule related solely to losses from "certified acts of terrorism" (Filing Designation CA-2003-RPCRU)
Under a provision of the federal law, these rules are exempt from prior approval and otherwise applicable state waiting periods and are effective immediately upon filling.
