This page summarizes the status of ISO's businessowners rating-information filings in response to the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002.

Loss costs and rules related solely to losses from "certified acts of terrorism"
(Filing Designations BP-2002-RSL02, BP-2002-RSL97, and BP-2002-RLC89 (loss costs), BP-2002-RSR02, BP-2002-RSR97, and BP-2002-RRU89 (rules) for Standard Fire Policy States)
(Filing Designations BP-2002-RNL02 (loss costs) and BP-2002-RNR02 (rules) for Non-Standard Fire Policy States)

Under a provision of the federal law, these loss costs and rules are exempt from prior approval and otherwise applicable state waiting periods and are effective immediately upon filling.
