National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) COVID-19 Information Request

The NAIC has released a COVID-19 Information Request Template for state departments of insurance to utilize which, in part, asks companies to discuss the ability of third-party service providers and suppliers to provide ongoing service for maintaining critical operations, as well as the level of ongoing monitoring and oversight provided by the company in this area.

Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO) has reviewed the NAIC “COVID-19 Information Request Template” (“template”). To the extent individual states issue this template, we want customers to know that, at the time of this posting our critical products and services remain available to our clients notwithstanding the COVID-19 pandemic. We currently do not anticipate any major disruptions that would affect our ability to continue to make such products and services available.
