Jeff De Turris is vice president of coverage products and operations at ISO. His responsibilities include the development and maintenance of coverage forms and manual rules for personal auto, homeowners, and other personal lines of business, as well as commercial auto, farm, and businessowners.

In addition, he manages ISO’s shared services operations for coverage products and related activity for all ISO lines of business.

During his career at ISO, Mr. De Turris has led the development and implementation of various new insurance programs, including the motorcycle, watercraft, and nonstandard personal auto policies. In addition, he has coordinated ISO’s emerging issues initiative, which includes the identification and study of emerging risks and hazards and their potential insurance implications for all lines of business. He has been a frequent speaker at industry events and has contributed to a number of industry publications, including PropertyCasualty360 and Rough Notes magazines.

Mr. De Turris graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Adelphi University and has earned the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Kevin Poll is the director of product development for personal property and commercial farm at ISO. Mr. Poll has worked in various roles for several personal lines insurance companies. He has most recently served as a regional homeowners product manager at Chubb Insurance.

Mr. Poll graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Loyola University and earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut.

William C. Schlager

William C. Schlager

William C. (Chuck) Schlager is principal of personal property product development for ISO. His primary responsibility is the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of forms and manual rules for homeowners, dwelling property, personal liability, personal inland marine, and watercraft insurance programs.

Mr. Schlager regularly meets with industry professionals from both insurer and agent groups to discuss insurance issues and trends. He began his career at ISO in the personal lines division as a personal auto analyst and has held roles of increasing responsibility.

Mr. Schlager graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Upsala College.
