William (Billy) Mauro is director of commercial casualty product development at ISO. Since joining ISO in 2003, Mr. Mauro has been involved in the development of many of ISO’s commercial casualty initiatives, including drone coverage options, data breach exclusions, additional insured revisions, and liquor liability coverage options.
Mr. Mauro has also helped develop ISO’s businessowners, farm, homeowners, and market segments programs.
Mr. Mauro has contributed articles to several insurance publications, such as Carrier Management and Gen Re’s Policy Wording Matters, and has presented at events run by a number of industry organizations, including the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals, the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI), and the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies. Before joining ISO, he was a licensed life insurance agent and worked on life insurance product services at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Mauro graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business management and finance from Brooklyn College, a City University of New York.

Tim McCarthy is an actuarial director in the commercial lines actuarial division at ISO Solutions. He is responsible for managing the actuarial operations for commercial general liability, medical professional, and commercial excess/umbrella. He has worked at ISO for more than 20 years.
Mr. McCarthy graduated with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Loyola College and has earned the designations of Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He is also a past president of the Casualty Actuaries of Greater New York (CAGNY).

Tracey Waller is a casualty product development lead for ISO. She handles research and coverage product development for general, commercial, umbrella/excess, and medical professional liability policy forms and manual rules. Recently, Ms. Waller helped ISO develop a new Home Care Liability Program.
Ms. Waller has also helped ISO develop drone-related coverage options for ISO’s General Liability and Umbrella/Excess Programs. She joined ISO in 2008.
Ms. Waller graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree from Rutgers University and a master of business administration degree in risk management and international business from Saint Peter’s University. She has earned the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
