Scott West is assistant vice president of customer strategy and solutions for ISO. In this role, he helps ISO’s leaders gain new insights into how customers use the company’s products and services. Mr. West manages customer satisfaction metrics and creates and develops strategic opportunities for innovation.
Earlier in his career, Mr. West worked as a personal lines pricing analyst for an insurer and in government relations and sales for ISO and Verisk – insurance solutions.
Mr. West graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Iowa. He has earned the designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF).
