You speak, we listen

Affirmation is encouraging, and iiX received it in spades through responses to our annual customer survey. Almost 77% of our customers were likely to recommend us to a colleague, and a quarter rated our service as “superior,”1 thanks to prompt and personal attention, great results, and ease of use.

Thank you to the more than 1,000 customers who responded from a vast array of industries, most with appreciation for our professional and knowledgeable staff, quick response times, and accurate reports. We’ve been surveying our clients for almost 20 years, and we continue to use it as a true report card of how we’re doing today and how we can do better tomorrow with innovative solutions to your needs.

We know there’s always room to improve, and our respondents have told us how with honest and insightful comments on their customer experience using iiX. We know your time is valuable and your turnaround requirements can be tight, so speed will continue to be top of mind as we work to improve on the handful of county searches that are more challenging to complete.

Robby Hobbs is general manager of the Verisk Analytics iiX unit, a premier provider of motor vehicle reports (MVRs) and preemployment screening services. He began his career with iiX more than 20 years ago. Throughout his career, Robby has served a number of roles, including account manager and account executive, and he has also managed sales and marketing initiatives.
