Get the help you need from the eService Centre, open 24 hours a day. Access a database of over 700 documents, videos, product tips, and more. Updated frequently, the eService Centre provides content by product categories, helping users get the assistance they need quickly and easily.

Need to chat with a customer support specialist? Our knowledgeable specialists are available 24/7 (except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day) to assist in real time. Online chat support is included with your subscription and is available via your web browser at the Service Centre.

  1. Visit the eService centre page
  2. Sign in using the same Verisk ID and password you currently use to access XactAnalysis and/or Xactimate. If you don't have an Verisk ID, select "click here" to create one. Or, if you don't remember your ID or password, select "Forgot your Verisk ID or Password?" and follow the instructions.
  3. If prompted to select an account, click Login. This will take you to the eService Centre's main menu.
  1. Log into the eService Centre.
  2. Click on the 24/7 online support (Live Help) option on the left side of the screen.
    Select the product and category relating to your question or issue from the drop-down menus.
  3. Click Submit Request to enter the chat queue.

Xactimate Help in Xactimate and automatically display text and multimedia help topics for the area of the program you are in. Real Time Training can be turned on or off from the Help menu.

If you are unable to find an answer using Real Time Training or if you need help with product troubleshooting, log into the eService Center and click the 24/7 Online Support link. Our Answer Center contains more than 700 support documents—many with easy-to-understand multimedia instructions—and online chat is always available.
