Webinars Help You Prepare for Medicaid Reporting Requirements

Rhode Island has implemented new Medicaid reporting requirements for insurers, and we are ready to help you fulfill them. Join one of our three upcoming web seminars to understand how to comply quickly. You’ll also learn about the new ClaimSearch® Medicaid Reporting Service, which we offer free to all ClaimSearch users.

Rhode Island passed Article 11 as part of the Medical Assistance Intercept Act (Title 27, Chapter 57.1-1). Article 11 requires all insurers that write workers' compensation or liability policies in Rhode Island to participate in a data match program called the Medicaid Recovery Network (MRN).

Claims Solutions participated in the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) discussions with the insurance industry, represented by the American Insurance Association (AIA) and the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI), to create the ClaimSearch Medicaid Reporting Service. The legislation provides participating insurers with certain immunity protections.

By attending the web seminars, you’ll learn about:

  • the requirements of the Medical Assistance Intercept Act
  • the Medicaid Recovery Network (MRN)
  • the development of the ClaimSearch Medicaid Reporting Service
  • how this free service works
  • how to participate in the ClaimSearch Medicaid Reporting Service
